Lite Pokémon Dialga & Palkia available to pre-order

Nintendo Switch Lite’s Pokémon Dialga & Palkia edition is officially available to pre-order right now.

The company is allowing just one product per customer for the time being. The new version comes in slate grey with stunning Dialga and Palkia artwork on the back to accompany the Switch logo.

Its release date is November 5 and late 2021 will also welcome the release of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, which are Switch upgrades on the original DS titles.

There are also brand-new mini-games for players to enjoy, plus Pokémon Hideaways and super contests, as well as seals and decorations that really add some zing to your collection of Pokéballs.

Another fresh feature to the Sinnoh games is character customisation. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will be released on November 12.

Apple II manual signed by Steve Jobs auctioned

An Apple II computer manual signed by company co-founder Steve Jobs in 1980 sold for $787,484, a Boston-based auction house announced.

RR Auction said, “The 196-page manual, which features the technical specifications and operations instructions for the Apple II computer, was signed by Jobs and Mike Markkula, the second CEO of Apple, in 1980.”

“Julian, Your generation is the first to grow up with computers. Go change the world!” Jobs wrote on the inside cover of the manual.

The “Julian” the inscription referred to was Julian Brewer, son of Mike Brewer, who had negotiated exclusive distribution rights for Apple products in Britain and later became the first managing director of Apple U.K. Ltd.
