Who is waiting for Black Panther 2?

If you are a fan of Black Panther, you will be delighted to know that the sequel to the movie Black Panther is coming, but this time it will return bigger and better than ever.

Black Panther is arguably the most acclaimed movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it’s not hard to see why. Following T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) as he learns how to rule his technologically advanced kingdom of Wakanda, whilst also facing off against threats, it made thrilling viewing.

Marvel Studios have confirmed that Black Panther 2 will be released in cinemas on May 8, 2022. It is unknown who Black Panther will face off against in the sequel film, with both of his traditional comic antagonists Kilmonger and Ulysses Klaue being killed off in the first film.

Little is known about the plot at this point, but director, Ryan Coogler revealed he was most interested in exploring T’Challa’s reign as king and how he adjusts to the throne.

Disney+ remaking animated Robin Hood

Disney is working on a remake of its 1973 cartoon classic Robin Hood. The film is to debut on the Disney+ streaming service. It is said the photo-realistic update will be penned by Lady and the Tramp scribe Kari Granlund and directed by Blindspotting filmmaker Carlos Lopez Estrada.

No voice cast has been announced. The original animated movie featured the literary characters Robin Hood, Little John, Friar Tuck, Maid Marian and the Sheriff of Nottingham as talking and singing woodland creatures in medieval England.

Disney also has recently remade its cartoons Lady and the Tramp, Dumbo, The Lion King, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast into live-action and CGI hybrids.

Disney’s virtual parade

Disney’s parades are a classic experience at any of the parks. Mickey Mouse and his friends pull out all the stops for the all-dancing, all-singing extravaganzas, while donning eye-catching ensembles and riding impressive floats.

However, with the parks currently closed during the coronavirus pandemic and people unable to travel on their dream holidays. So Disney has decided to bring the magic to you, with a virtual viewing of its brand-new parade ‘Magic Happens’.

The eight-minute video offers views of the incredible floats and dance performances — and of course, plenty of character appearances including Mickey, Aladdin, Moana, Princess Tiana, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.
