Life is way much more than what we see on social media. It’s far bigger and challenging than those ‘Oh so perfect’ posts and pictures. If only those pictures were analysed, the story would have been totally different.

For if you view life from someone else’s perspective, there would be totally different view of it. Isn’t it quite mysterious yet so interesting? All those varieties merging into those ‘perfect click’ moments and then dispersing to their own individualities for a bigger picture that is real and far from it all.

Afraid of being your own self? Surrounded with thoughts of being misunderstood? Getting along with it all but not knowing where exactly?

Take a deep breath. Put that chaotic mind to silence for a while and give yourself some time. Yes, the much needed time to reflect upon what turmoil and blend of thoughts you’ve been holding on for so long.

Ask yourself this question: are you happy with what you are portraying to the world? Is that truly you or just an urge to be like someone who seems perfect or an ideal figure for the world to look up to?

If the answer doesn’t satisfy you much, focus your mind towards the real deal that life has to offer. In simple words, “Be you.” You don’t have to be like someone else to be appreciated or get the attention for being good enough. It’s so easy to be like someone, but is it not easier to be you.

Yes, the more it sounds crazy, the more it starts making sense when you think deeply about it. It’s not wrong to adopt some good traits of others but trying to be like them only empties you from within.

When you start embracing your true self, that’s when you become perfect in a way no one else can be. If you do not feel fine for something, that’s perfectly alright.

We all have our roles in the script of our lives that we are portraying and the major thing with the story of life is that, at times, you have to be your own producer and director. If being different or unique in your own way doesn’t make sense to some, that’s perfectly alright.

When you’ve got so much on your mind, there are times when you struggle harder to put it all together. If at every point you are forced to make sense to the world and not given the space you need for yourself, then you are being controlled to act in a certain way and nothing damages your soul more than that. Those who can see through it all are the ones who have truly known themselves as well.

Be strong enough to come out with an original version of yourself and then you’ll find a whole new level of perfection that has come from within you, that beautifies you and defines who you are and ‘that’s perfectly alright!’
