Yes, you read it right. You don’t need to be an expert to perform magic tricks because you can do them easily by learning simple and easy ways at Magic Tricks for Kids — the website with seemingly difficult yet easy-to-perform magic acts.

Magic Tricks for Kids brings all the famous and not-so-famous tricks and acts with step-by-step instructions, videos and pictures gathered especially for six-year-old kids to 14 years, who are eager to learn magic.

It is a clutter- and ad-free site, easy for you to navigate. The main menu is at the top centre with categories like “Magic lessons”, “All tricks index”, “Magicians dictionary” and “History of magic”.

As the name suggests, in “Magic lessons”, you can watch videos and learn the easy magic acts performed by professionals, and especially designed for kids, such as like paper bag magic, vanishing coin, jumping carrot or rubber band, three eyes and a lot more. “All tricks index” includes floating glass, milk in hat, vanishing matchbox, haunted vase, electric toothpick, linking paperclips, spoon bending, etc. This section also gives you an option to download step-by-step instructions on how to make all the equipment you will need to do the trick.

And in “Magicians’ dictionary”, you can read and learn the words and terms used in the world of wizards and wizardry. Lastly, you can go through the famous magicians in history and know what made their tricks and acts so different from one another and what brought them to such fame, in “History of magic”.

What I like most about the website is the way it is focused on kids in terms of not only its simple presentation (the interface), but also the use of easy language and short but to-the-point explanation. Remember what makes a good trick great is the way it is presented.

So if you want to amaze your friends by taking the milk out from your hat or any other magic trick, visit:www.magictricksforkids.org
