Kylie Jenner on Forbes cover

Forbes magazine unveiled its latest cover, graced by the youngest Kardashian-Jenner. Diving deep into her $900 billion cosmetics empire, the magazine predicts that Kylie Jenner, who turns 21 next month, is on track to become the “youngest self-made billionaire ever, male or female” — surpassing even Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who became a billionaire at age 23.

But many refuse to give her all the credit for her success since she comes from a famous celebrity family. Among the many interesting tweets about this was one by Dictionary.com.

“Self-made means having succeeded in life unaided,” Dictionary.com tweeted, before shadily quipping: “Used in a sentence: Forbes says that Kylie Jenner is a self-made woman.”

After launching her namesake makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics, Jenner has used her loyal fanbase and powerful social media platform to catapult the brand into one of the fastest growing companies in the beauty business.

Ninja Turtles reboot film in development

Paramount is developing a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film that will relaunch the studio’s movie franchise based on the popular crime-fighters.

Screenwriter Andrew Dodge will write the script that will reboot the series following the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2014 and its sequel, 2016’s Out of the Shadows, Variety magazine reported.

Dodge is known for penning the 2014 comedy Bad Words starring Jason Bateman who also directed the film.

Filmmaker Michael Bay will be returning to produce the project, alongside Andrew Form and Brad Fuller.

The Ninja Turtles are also set to be rebooted on television with a new animated series featuring a different take on the iconic heroes in a half-shell arriving on Nickelodeon in September.
