HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education on Thursday announced the results of the Secondary School Certificate (class-X) annual examinations for science and general groups.

In Science group, Erum Aziz, a student of the Yasir Public High School, Dadu, secured the first position by obtaining 764 marks. Ibadullah, a student of the Cadet College, Petaro, secured the second position by obtaining 763 marks and Mujeebur Rehman, a student of the Govt Faqir Ghulam Rasool Higher Secondary School, Nawabshah, clinched the third position by obtaining 756 marks. In General group, Saima Parveen, a student of the Govt Girls High School, Daur (Nawabshah) and Imran Ali, a student of the M.G. Govt High School, Hala New, shared the first position by obtaining 680 marks. Khunaid Usman, a student of the M.G. Govt High School, Hala New, and Mohammad Ayoub, a student of the Govt High School, Mehar Ali Jamali (Nawabshah), clinched the second and third positions, respectively, by obtaining 672 and 671 marks.
