SWABI: Attackers shot dead two brothers over a trivial issue in Bamkhel village here on Saturday, said police.

The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Swabi city police station. However, no one was arrested in the case as the attackers identified as Juma Gul and Sabir Shah escaped the scene, though police reached the spot soon after the crime was committed.

Registering an FIR in city police station, Gulzar Khan, brother of the deceased, said the cause of the incident was a heated argument the victims and the killers had exchanged a few days back.
