General stores, milk shops sealed

LAHORE: Punjab Food Authority teams on Monday sealed various eateries and imposed fine on others for flouting hygiene standards.

According to a spokesperson, PFA Allama Iqbal and Nishtar towns’ teams sealed Data Ali Hajveri restaurant, Khalid Hotel, Moon Milk Shop, Siddiqui Hotel, Irfan Milk Shop, Bhola Pan Shop, Raja Pakistani Pan Shop, Bismillah Nan Tikki Shop and Nawab Cold Drink Corner in the areas of Gulshan-i-Lahore and Chungi Amar Sadhu.

Samanabad and Ravi towns’ teams sealed Data Ali Hajveri Store, Ali Baba Pan Shop, Mehr General Store, Rooli Baba Pan Shop, Iqbal Milk Shop, Nirala Juice Corner, Toni Pan Shop, Bhai Wadah Pan Shop, Bhatti Chargha Hotel, MashaAllah Swat Hotel, Kashmiri Hotel, Dildar and Hira Milk shops, Goga Dry Fruit, Bismillah and Hajveri general stores in the areas of Abu Bakr Road and Badami Bagh.

Aziz Bhatti, Wagah and Data Ganj Bakhsh towns officials sealed Sher Rabbani Milk Shop, Khalid Hotel, production unit of Gulab Sheerin Sweets Shop and Noshahi Store, whereas Shalimar and Gulberg towns teams sealed Ustad Ghanti Pan Shop, Allah Tawakal Store and Haji Anwar Store and imposed fine on Bashir Marriage Hall.
