SANGHAR, April 20: One person was killed and eight others were injured in a head-on collision between two cars on Sanghar-Khipro Road near Gunang Bungalow on Sunday.
One of the cars in a marriage party caravan, while overtaking, collided with another car coming from the opposite direction.
As a result Ramesh Kumar, the brother of the bridegroom, Shankar Lal, Arjun, Sawai, Mukesh, Ibrahim Kumbhar, Baboo Meghwar, Allah Ditta and Aachar Kumbhar were injured.
Those injured were taken to the Sanghar Civil Hospital where Allah Ditta died. Baboo, the driver of the marriage party car, was shifted to a Hyderabad hospital because of his critical condition.
