TAXILA, June 18: Wah Saddar police claimed on Monday to arrest six drug smugglers, including a female and seize huge quantity of drugs from them besides arresting a proclaimed offender (PO).
Talking to newsmen here, Sub divisional Police Officer Taxila circle Raja Taifoor Akhter said in a crackdown against drug mafia, police arrested Y.A. and A.H. and recovered heroin from their possession.
He claimed to arrest a lady smuggler G.N. while she was traveling in a Rawalpindi-bound passenger bus coming from Peshawar.
