QUETTA A man was injured and four Nato tankers were damaged in a blast on Tuesday which took place on the highway connecting Quetta and Sibi, DawnNews reported.

According to Sibi police, unknown assailants had planted a bomb beneath a Nato tanker parked on the national highway along with over two dozen other Nato tankers near a restaurant.

The bomb exploded causing injuries to one person and damaging four Nato tankers.

Police rushed to the site soon after the incident and recovered another powerful bomb which had been planted under another Nato tanker. The bomb disposal squad was trying to defuse the explosive. — DawnNews
