KOHAT: Blast damages bridge in Kohat

KOHAT, Jan 21: A huge blast damaged a bridge on Kohat-Hangu road without causing any casualties on late Saturday night, police said. The explosives packed in a pressure cooker had been planted under the Parachao Bridge close to the residence of district nazim Gohar Saifullah Khan, which went off at 11.30pm. The police located the blast site next morning. A case was registered against miscreants under 3/4 Explosives Act at the Cantonment police station.—Correspondent
