HYDERABAD, Sept 1: Ac-tivists of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) organising committee continued hunger strike outside the press club for the third consecutive day on Saturday in protest against enforced disappearance of nationalist leaders, including Dr Safdar Sarki, Asif Baladi, Bashir Shah, G.M. Bhagat, Chetan Bajir.

The party had announced that it would observe hunger strike for 300 hours without break starting the strike on Thursday.

The strikers were led by central organiser, Serai Qurban Khuhawar, Hafeez Pirzada while the chairman of central organising committee, Shafi Mohammad Karnani, Abdul Wahid Arisar, Riaz Chandio, Nazeer Solangi and Rooplo Choliyani also took part in the strike.

The leaders said that the party would hold demonstrations and hunger strikes throughout the province on Sept 3 for the release of missing leaders.
