HYDERABAD, Aug 2: The University of Sindh announced on Thursday the schedule for admission to class XI (pre-engineering/pre-medical) in Dr N. A. Baloch Model School, Hyderabad.

According to the announcement, last date for submission of registration forms has been fixed as August 16. Written test and interview of the candidates will be held on August 20 and result will be announced on August 22. Last date for depositing admission fee will be August 22 and classes will commence from September 1.

Honorarium increased

The University of Sindh on Thursday enhanced honorarium of supervisors of PhD studies and fixed honorarium of supervisors of MPhil studies.

According to a notification issued by the director of postgraduate studies, the university syndicate has approved enhancement of honorarium for supervisors of PhD studies to Rs30,000 and fixed Rs15,000 honorarium for supervisors of MPhil studies.

Meanwhile, university registrar Mohammad Saleh Rajar has issued another notification, enhancing pension of university employees in the light of a notification issued by the finance division (regulations wing) of the federal government.
