NAWABSHAH, April 28: Activists of People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPP) and elected representatives of Awam Dost Panel (ADP) continued their token hunger strike on the second consecutive day on Saturday outside the local press club calling for the transfer of the DCO.

District Naib Nazim Abdul Haq Jamali, MPA Ghulam Qadir Chandio, Ziaul Hassan Lanjar and Syed Bagh Ali Shah slammed the DCO Ahmed Bux Khokhar and accused him of misconduct and administrative and financial mismanagement.

They said that former district nazim of Khairpur Nafisa Shah did not sign his ACR due to his misconduct.

They demanded that the Sindh government should remove the DCO immediately and warned that they would continue protest if their demand was not accepted.
