HYDERABAD, July 7: Noted scholars and writers have lauded contributions made by research scholar Dr Habibullah Siddiqui in the field of education and Sindhi literature.

Speaking at a literary sitting here on Thursday, they said that Dr Siddiqui had rendered memorable services in education and promotion of knowledge among young generation.

The gathering was held at the Pir Hissamuddin Rashdi auditorium of the Institute of Sindhology.

The function was jointly organised by the Institute of Sindhology, University of Sindh and Manik Moti Tanzeem, in honour of noted scholar Dr Habibullah Siddiqui.—Bureau
