ISLAMABAD: On the special directives of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, the capital police has broadcast 169 news bulletins through its web TV that was formally launched in August last year.

According to the capital police public relations officer, since the inception of the web TV, not only news bulletins but traffic-related awareness videos have been regularly aired to raise awareness among citizens.

As many as 169 news bulletins and 30 road safety programmeshave been aired on the web TV to educate citizens about road safety.

In order to create awareness among citizens about traffic rules and road safety,

special teams were providing information to public in different areas of the city.
