PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cycling Association will organise a Kashmir Day cycle race from Patang Chowk to Northern Bypass here on February 5 (Sunday), covering a distance of 28 kilometres.

Association’s president Nisar Ahmed told mediapersons on Friday that cycle race was organised every year to mark the day. He said players from different divisions are participating in the race, which would start at 8am.

Pakistan Cycling Federation president Azhar Ali Shah will inaugurate the race, while former MPA Arbab Jehandad Khan would be the chief guest at the closing ceremony, and would distribute trophies and certificates among the position holders.
