Anger danger

This is with reference to the article “Anger danger” by Ayesha Ilyas (YW, December 31). The writer delivered an important message to readers to control their anger.

If one doesn’t control his/her emotions the right way, it becomes very difficult to manage everyday tasks with a clear mind. All the tips given by the writer are worth reading and noting down.

The article “Anger danger” by Ayesha Ilyas was well-articulated. I also agree with the writer that anger is dangerous for our health and relationships. We lose the ones who are close to us just because of our anger issues.

However, anger is a natural phenomenon that everybody experiences from time to time, and it is basically a reaction against something that frustrates us. So, in times of such anger, try to remember the good aspects of that person which may help in cooling down your anger.

Make time for kindness

This is regarding the article “Make time for kindness” by Sarwasha Mairaj (YW, December 31). The strength of kindness is infinite and the act of kindness means a selfless act performed by an individual to make others happy, without expecting anything in return.

Kindness costs nothing, but it can help make the world a happy place. Kindness is more important than wisdom and the realisation of this is the beginning of wisdom.

According to some experts, kindness slows down the ageing process and improves relationships and connections.

“Make time for kindness” by Sarwasha Mairaj conveyed a wonderful message to people of every age. This article helped me to not become frustrated and to deal with any problem with compassion.

We should be polite to others because we don’t know what they are going through. We should feel for others’ problems and help in every possible way.

Kindness is free to give, but priceless to receive and this was beautifully shared by Sarwasha Mairaj in her article “Make time for kindness”.

Every religion teaches goodness/ kindness. Kindness is a very important human quality and it is the key that opens the hearts of people to one another.
