Imran Khan's sons arrive in Lahore to visit him

PTI chairman Imran Khan’s sons Qasim and Suleman Khan— who live in the United Kingdom with their mother Jemima Goldsmith — arrived in Lahore on Thursday to visit Imran, according to PTI Lahore’s Twitter account.

Provincial Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal received them at Lahore airport after which the sons left for Zaman Park to see their father. Imran’s sons last visited Pakistan in 2016.

Their visit comes after the assassination attempt on him at Wazirabad last week.

Imran and other senior party leaders — including Senator Faisal Javed Khan, Ahmed Chattha, and Omer Meyer — were injured during an assassination attempt on Nov 4, 2022 when they were showered with bullets during PTI’s long march at Wazirabad’s Allahwala Chowk.

The party chairman suffered from several injuries on his legs and was treated at Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore. He is currently recovering at his Zaman Park residence and plans to continue his long march.

Imran also mentioned during his interview with British television presenter Piers Morgan that his sons were “quite worried” when they came to know about the attack.

He had talked to them after reaching the hospital and also talked to his ex-wife, who was relieved to know about Imran’s safe condition.

Current Prime minister goes to England to get advice from a chihuahua in England. While his family enjoys uk. Sharif was in power for 30 year never took any medical treatment from his hospital. Another x prime minister gets treatment in his own charity hospital and his family’s visit him in Pakistan. This is enough to make a decision to whom to support

Imran is not keeping his sons with him in Pakistan. Is he not raising his sons without paying anuthing on their upbringing? Is he not not liable to be prosecuted for not declaring in his tax returns, the saving from his earning for not paying for their expenses? If Nawaz Sharif can be punished with disqualification for not receiving salary from his son, is it not a similar case of not paying tax on the amount saved, which he would have expended otherwise, in the upbringing of his sons?

@Danish, he took treatment in his own hospital because that is the best place to hide with an imaginary gunshot that doesn’t take a ballistic expert to say it was staged . If IK truly loved this country he would not be putting the life of others at risk for fulfilling his ambition . This country did not progress an inch under IK and we regressed miles .

I will not vote for Imran Khan again in 2023 because he failed to deliver on his major promises of 10 million jobs, 5 million houses, ending of corruption, green passport power, state owned entities profitability etc I have tried all political parties (PMLN, PTI, PPP). Now I will give TLP a try before getting completely hopeless about the future of Pakistan. I hope people will vote for a party with common but hardworking people and not a party with oxford grads, landlords, factory owners elites.

People must vote for TLP in 2023 because we have given PMLN, PTI, PPP enough time. I hope TLP will deliver on the economy and will close the door for all the remaining political parties forever.
