NAROWAL: A man and his daughter died after consuming poisonous food on Friday while the condition of four other family members became critical.
Muhammad Riaz, of Pindi Mana village in Shakargarh, with his family had dinner at night. After eating the food, their condition became critical.
Their relatives and neighbors rushed to the spot but meanwhile Riaz and his daughter Samia Riaz died while Rescue 1122 shifted Halima Bibi, Imam Rashid, Umair Ali and Rashid Ali to the Shakargarh Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. According to Rescue 1122, the family had eaten toxic food.
