The district bar held a meeting presided over by its president Aftab Alam Advocate, and demanded of the deputy commissioner Malakand to ensure that the killers were awarded exemplary punishment for the heinous crime.
Separately, a statement issued by the DC Malakand said that the Malakand Levies swiftly responded to the incident and arrested the murderer.
The statement said accused, Inamullah had confessed committing the double murder.
The Malakand Levies also recovered the weapon used in the crime and empty shells, which were sent for forensic examination.

The statement said that an FIR had been lodged under Section 302 of Pakistan Penal Code.
The accused was presented before a magistrate, who remanded him for three days.
Commandant Malakand Levies Altaf Ahmed Sheikh visited the family of the deceased and offered condolences.
