KARACHI: The city sizzled at 40 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and the meteorological department forecast another very hot day on Wednesday with no chances of rain.
The minimum temperature recorded on Tuesday was 27.8 degrees Celsius with 74 per cent humidity.
According to the department’s website, the depression over Odisha (east of India) persists and is likely to move west-northwestward. The other low pressure over the Indian Gujarat-Rajasthan region persists.
