The US Treasury Department in a statement said it blacklisted Mansur Al-Saadi, the Houthi naval forces chief of staff, and Ahmad Ali Ahsan al-Hamzi, the commander of Yemen’s Houthi-aligned Yemeni air force and air defense forces.
