QUETTA: Two persons, including a Levies Force officer, were shot dead and another was injured by gunmen in Sui town of Dera Bugti district on Tuesday.

Officials said that armed men opened fire on the Levies Force official and his nephew in the main bazaar of Sui when they were passing through the area. As result both of them were killed on the spot and another person was injured.

The assailants escaped from the site.

Levies Force personnel shifted the injured and the bodies to the district hospital.
