TANK: Five members of a family, three women among them, were killed when rivals broke into their house and opened indiscriminate fire on them here on Friday afternoon.
The police said Attaullah, his wife, mother, a sister and a two-year-old son were killed on the spot. They said the incident occurred in Hassan Khel Koroona village in the jurisdiction of Mulazai police station. The attackers escaped.
Soon afterwards, a police contingent reached the spot and cordoned off the entire village to arrest the culprits. However, no arrest could be made till filing of this report.
