QUETTA: Vice Chancellor of University of Balochistan Prof Dr Muhammad Anwar Panezai has said that those involved in the recent sexual harassment scandal would be brought to justice.

Speaking at a programme to create awareness about sexual harassment held in the university’s main auditorium on Thursday, he said implementation of the Sexual Harassment Act, 2016, could be helpful in halting cases of harassment against women at workplaces and educational institutions.

The vice chancellor termed the sexual harassment scandal devastating for the educational structure of Balochistan.

Provincial Ombudswoman Sabira Islam vowed to cleanse society of all kinds of harassments.
