KARACHI: Various parts of the city on Friday experienced intermittent drizzle, particularly in the morning, according to a Met official, with similar weather conditions expected on Saturday as well.

Responding to Dawn the Met official said that the city’s sky remained cloudy most parts of the day and a relatively cooler and humid sea breeze continued to enter the metropolis throu­ghout the day.

He said that minimum temperature recorded in the city on Friday was 26 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature was 30 degrees Celsius.

Humidity in the morning was 81 per cent and in the evening it was 68pc. Many neighbourhoods of the provincial capital received traces of rain.

The Met official added that the weather in the port city on Saturday was expected to remain partly cloudy to cloudy with chances of drizzle; the maximum temperature was expected to range between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius.
