KHUZDAR: Assailants gunned down two men in Kharan town on Thursday.
Official sources said that some motorcyclists opened fire on a car when it reached the Shopping Road killing Ahmed Nawaz Sasoli and Rahimuddin. Both men received several bullets and died on the spot.
Security forces shifted the bodies to the District Hospital. However, the reason behind the killing could not be known.
Meanwhile, some sources said that the deceased belonged to a banned outfit and had surrendered before the security forces few months back.
Security forces launched a search operation and took into custody some suspects for interrogation.
