QUETTA: The Balochistan government has introduced an auto-information system in all the three big hospitals of the provincial capital to run them on modern lines.

The hospitals where the new system has been introduced are Sandeman Civil Hospital, Bolan Medical College Hospital Complex and Sheikh Zayed Hospital.

Provincial Health Secretary Noorul Haq Baloch disclosed this while speaking at a session on the Health Management Information System here on Saturday.

Balochistan is the first province where this system has been introduced.

Officials said the system would provide all information about patients, such as their diseases, medicines and tests, automatically. It would work under a computerised dashboard system.
