KARACHI: Pakistan blind baseball players are very talented and after winning the international series in the Italian city of Brescia last month, they are more confident about bringing more laurels for the country.

This was stated by Senior Vice-President Pakistan Blind Baseball Association Asif Azeem on Friday in a meeting with the blind baseball delegation. “Sending coaches and players abroad for training would prove very beneficial for the game,” he said and added that efforts are being made for finding baseball talent in various cities.

The blind baseball delegation was headed by Imran Sheikh and included Saleh Mohammad, Mujeebuddin and team coach and international player Sheeraz Asif.

Meanwhile, the trials for selection of Sindh Blind Baseball team would be conducted on Sept 10 in Karachi.
