Keeping a record of all those reminders, checklists can be cumbersome especially if they are maintained in diaries or notepads on our work desks. Thanks to advances in modern technologies, our iOS and Android devices are able to store all the necessary digital information we want. Thanks to a number of apps available on both iOS and Android, it is very easy to find the ones that suit our purpose; you just need to track your to-dos, offering syncing and scheduling features, to go along with notifications and reminders. All of these apps for iOS and Android are shared below:

Google Keep (iOS & Android)

Google Keep is a free app that offers the ability to capture, edit, share and collaborate your notes on any device anywhere, including the web version of the former. Thanks to spotless cross platform syncing across both iOS and Android, any to-do task, notes, photos you add on the web version will automatically sync across all devices on which you have the Google Keep app installed and vice versa. Notes can be easily denoted by labels and colours to make them easily distinguishable and identifiable. Recording voice memos is also very easy and get it automatically transcribed. Another wonderful app is Wunderlist with desktop, iOS and Android apps available to enable true platform cross syncing across the board for all those who share the work and delicate to-dos. You can easily share lists with friends and family, collaborate and start conversations about your to-dos. Any.Do comes with an intuitive interface and a clean design accompanied by the ability to capture ideas, make check lists, etc. It offers seamless cloud syncing between mobile, desktop, web and tablets. It allows you to set time and location-based reminders, can upload files, recording, photos from your computer to Dropbox or Google Drive. It is a free app with the option of in-app purchases to unlock some premium features. TickTick (iOS & Android)

TickTick is another free app with the option of in-app purchases to unlock the premium features which cost $1.99 a month or $19.99 annually. It is a powerful to-do and task management app offering cloud syncing across a variety of devices including tablets. Whether you plan on setting up a recurring flexible task, scheduling your agenda, make memos or share shopping lists with family members or friends TickTick is the app to use.
