LAHORE: Professor ADR Chaudary, founding director general of Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences, Government College University, Lahore, emeritus professor of Central Washington University, USA, has announced the Abdus Salam Shield of Honor (ASSH).

The award ceremony will take place on March 16 in Lahore under the aegis of National Mathematical Society of Pakistan, says a press release.

The first Shield of Honor goes to Professor Hasan Azad, a Pakistani national.
