KARACHI: There is no player from Pakistan in the top 50 players of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) world rankings released on Thursday with Pakistan’s Farhan Zaman occupying 59th spot.

Egypt’s Mohamed Elshorbagy relegated Frenchman Gregory Gaultier to second spot while England’s Nick Matthew was occupying third place with five Egyptians being in the top 10 players which until 1990s was heavily made up of Pakistan players.

Danish Atlas Khan secured 71st place and Tayyab Aslam booked 73rd spot among the top 100 players.

Simon Rsner (Germany); 8. Mathieu Castagnet (France); 9. Karim Abdel Gawad (Egypt); 10. Marwan Elshorbagy (Egypt).
