KARACHI, March 24: Ulema belonging to the Jamia Uloom-i-Islamia Binnori Town, Karachi, and Aalmi Majlis Tahaffuz Khatme Nabuwat said Monday that Jehad against the US had become an obligation for Muslims of world over.

In joint statement, Dean, Jamia Binnori Dr. Abdul Razzak Sikandar, Maulana Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai, Maulana Salman Binnori, Maulana Imdadullah, Maulana Ataur Rehman, Maulana Anwar Badakhshani, leaders of Aalmi Majlis Tahaffuz Khatme Nabuwwat Mufti Saeed Ahmed Jalalpuri, Maulana Nazeer Ahmed Taunsvi, Maulana Mohammad Tayyab Lodhyanvi, Mufti Mohammad Jamil Khan, Maulana Hasanur Rehman, Maulana Ashanullah Hazarvi, Maulana Abdul Rehman Khateeb and Maulana Naeem Amjad Saleemi said Muslims around the world should join Jehad against the US.

They said Ummah is unanimous on Jehad against the US and its allies as this war is against Muslims.

“The basic reason for US invasion of Iraq is to give protection to Israel and control Middle East countries,” they added.—PPI
