KARACHI, Oct 7: Veteran players will vie for honours when the 17th ITF Pakistan seniors’ world ranking tennis championship will be staged at the Karachi Gymkhana courts from Nov 2, the organisers announced on Sunday.

The competition is being held under the aegis of the Pakistan Seniors Tennis Association (PSTA) and the players will compete in 35 plus singles, 45 plus singles and doubles and 55 plus singles and doubles.

Last date for submission of entries is Oct 16.

Meanwhile, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) has made it mandatory for all participants to obtain International Players Identification Number (IPIN) from it prior to participation.

The organisers have asked the players who are willing to compete to obtain required information from the ITF websites www.itftennis.com.ipin and www.itftennis/seniors/calendar.
