Holiday tomorrow

LAHORE, Feb 2: The Punjab government has announced a public holiday in the province on Saturday (tomorrow) in connection with Eid-i-Milad. The actual day is falling on Sunday.

The decision was taken at a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for reviewing security arrangements on Eid-i-Milad.

The chief minister directed that foolproof security arrangements be made on the occasion. He said best lighting arrangements should be made, with availability of generators, on the routes of processions.
