RAWALPINDI, Jan 19: The Airport Security Force (ASF) on Thursday found 10kg of heroin concealed in two leather jackets lying in a passenger coach parked near the apron area at Benazir Bhutto International Airport, the airport sources said.

The seizure was made after the driver of the van spotted two jackets lying in the boot of the van while parking it in the wee hours of Thursday.

Later, the security personnel were informed who called the bomb disposal experts suspecting that they might contain explosives.

However, the material turned out to be fine quality heroin which was skillfully concealed in the jackets. Later it was handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) who launched investigation into the case. The passenger coach was associated with a private passenger-handling service.
