Family robbed

TAXILA, Oct 18: Two armed dacoits looted a house in daylight in Khawaja Nagar area in Hassanabdal police area on Tuesday.

Nazar Ali reported to police that he was not in his home when two masked men equipped with pistol scaled the wall of his house and made all female members hostage on pistol point.

Later, all of them were locked in a room and after ransacking the house for over one hour and looted 5 tola gold and cash Rs80,000 and fled away. Hassanabdal police have registered a case and started further investigation.— Correspondent
