FAISALABAD, Oct 7: A 35-year-old woman died of dengue fever at Allied Hospital here on Friday.

She was the second victim of dengue on the second consecutive day.

Razia Bibi, wife of Gul Sher, of Chiniot, was expecting a child. She was taken to Allied Hospital on Oct 6 with dengue symptoms.

Owing to viral attack, her condition worsened and the child died in her womb that forced doctors to operate upon her the same day. However, she could not survive the attack and expired on Friday.
