LAHORE, Aug 4: Police have registered a case against a tailor for failing to return cash to the senior adviser to Governor Sardar Latif Khosa.

Zahid Bashir complained to the Defence A police that he and his wife had given Rs84,000 in advance to Shahzad, owner of a tailoring shop-cum-boutique situated in Commercial Phase IV in DD-Block, for stitching their clothes a few weeks ago. He alleged Shahzad did not stitch the clothes in time and even refused to return the money he had received in advance.

SHO Abdullah Ali Yousaf said the police registered a case on Wednesday under Section 406 (criminal breach of trust) of the PPC against Shahzad who secured bail from court. — Staff Reporter
