Musharraf League gets registration

ISLAMABAD, July 19: The Election Commission on Tuesday finally registered former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf's All Pakistan Muslim League after a delay of over one year because of legal challenges.

Mr Musharraf launched the APML in October last year in the United Kingdom. He recently announced that his party would take part in the 2013 general election and he would return to the country before that.
