RAWALPINDI, Oct 19: PML-N activists on Saturday appeared before the judge of the anti-terrorism court, Safdar Hussain Malik, during the hearing of their Kashmir rally case.

Syed Zafar Ali Shah, Siddiqul Farooq, Shahid Ryaz Satti, Mohammad Ryaz Gujar, Dr Ayaz, Farooq Khattak, Mohammad Zareef Raja, Raja Mehfooz and Syed Zaigham Ali Shah were among the 15 activists who appeared before the court.

The Banni police had registered an FIR under section 16 Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) and Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) against these activists for allegedly snatching the helmet and stick of the policemen and disturbing public order during a Kashmir rally.

The PML-N had already challenged the jurisdiction of the case in the high court. The judge had also adjourned the case till next hearing.
