RAWALPINDI A 10-year-old child died at a hospital in Rawalpindi for not receiving medical care in due time, DawnNews reported.

The child had earlier been kidnapped and was subjected to beatings due to which he was taken to the hospital, his parents said.

The child was not given due medical attention which resulted in his death, the parents said, adding that the police was also not cooperating with them.
