KHAIRPUR, April 23 Two people lost their lives in an armed attack on village Khizar Ji Machine, Keti Khuhro of taluka Gambat in jurisdiction of PS Phulloo.

Reports said that armed men fired rocket launcher on the Otaq of Ali Gohar Khuhro on Wednesday which killed 25-year-old Zamir Khuhro and his 55-year-old guest Haji Khan Jodh.

The body of Haji Khan Jodh was charred as culprits set ablaze Otaq, a motorbike, wheat stock and a shop and also damaged a tractor.

Bodies of the victims were taken to taluka hospital Gambat on Thursday morning and handed over to relatives after post mortem.

Ali Gohar Khuhro, father of deceased Zamir told reporters in Gambat that Nazroo Narejo along with his gang attacked his Otaq and the village and killed two people and damaged the property. In another incident, two men, Ishtiaque and Sachal Rind, were killed.
