KARACHI, Dec 25: The Sindh Governor, Dr Ishratul Ibad, on Saturday said the country can only be strengthened and set on the path of development if the golden words of 'Baba-e-Qaum', 'Unity, Faith and Discipline' are adopted.

He lauded the great Quaid for his historic services in the creation of Pakistan for the Muslims of the Subcontinent.

The governor and Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, along with the provincial cabinet laid floral wreaths at the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. They also noted their expressions in the book.

Sindh Information Secretary Mehtab Akbar Rashdi, Inspector General of Police Sindh Syed Kamal Shah, Distric Coordination Officer Karachi Fazalur Rehman and other officials were also present.

The governor and chief minister later inaugurated postal stamps attributed to Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and collected by Arif Balgamwala. They appreciated Arif Balgamwala's collection.

The governor also visited St Patrick's Church, Saddar Karachi and congratulated the Christian community on the occasion of Christmas.- PPI
