KHAIRPUR, Jan 17: A case registered against district Nazim Nafisa Shah, officiating Naib Nazim Shafi Mohammed Chandio and others has been transferred to the investigation police.

The FIR was lodged under Section 324, 337-A(I), 337-A(II), 114, 109, 504, 147 and 148 PPC on the complaint of Nisar Bhambhro.

A police official told this correspondent on Saturday that the investigation into the icident would be carried out after getting medical certificate of the injured.

He said the medical officer at the Civil Hospital, Khairpur, had not sent medical certificate till Saturday, whereas the medical certificate in such cases was issued within 48 hours.
