MIRPURKHAS: Man dies of snake bite

MIRPURKHAS, Sept 29: A man, who had been bitten by a snake, died at the Mirpurkhas Civil Hospital due to non-availability of anti-snake venom on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Sodho, 28, resident of the Seapoto village.

Meanwhile, Anwar, son of Imam Din Samejo, who was also bitten by a snake, was referred to the Hyderabad Civil Hospital from the Mirpurkhas Civil Hospital. Hospitals of the Mirpurkhas district are short of anti-snake venom for 15 days.

15 INJURED: Fifteen passengers were injured when a bus turned turtle after its tie-rod was broken on the Samaro Umer kot road on Wednesday. The injured were taken to the taluka hospital from where Mohammad Rahim was sent to Hyderabad because of his critical condition.
