SUKKUR May 16: The executive engineer of Rohri Division Moro has announced group-wise rotation programme for various irrigation channels owing to the acute shortfall of water in the river Indus and less supply in Rohri Canal.

The channels of Mehrabpur Branch System in group-II, like Bhogri Minor, Chiber Minor, Kharik Minor, Noabad and Godhu distry will be opened from May 18 to 26 while in group-II (Kandiaro Regulator) at Sehra Branch System, including DO, the channels of Darbello Distry and Manjuth Minor will be opened from May 16 to 24.

In group-III (Naushero Regulator) at Dad Branch System, including DO, the channels of Noorpur Minor, Mubejani Minor, Daulatpur Distry, Phull Distry, Nathar Detha Old, Jiskani Distry-I and Sachal Minor-II will be opened from May 16 to 24.

The Irrigation Channels of group-II, like Salehpur Minor, and Larik Minor will be opened again from May 24 to June 1.
