SWABI, Jan 10: A local non-governmental organisation (NGO) has said that it would start a campaign to register special persons at union council level after winter.

Leaders of the Kidmat-i-Mazooran, during a meeting here on Saturday, said that there were 730 registered special persons with the organisation. They claimed that during the last one year, many NGOs grabbed funds from donors on the name of physically challenged persons. No such NGOs would be allowed to acquire any project from donors and aid agencies, they said.—Correspondent
